Inc. has released a new version of the ContractPro tool. This release will bring
enhanced communication within the ContractPro environment, increased security,
and more sophisticated reporting.
The ContractPro environment has always been safeguarded with multi-tiered security, a firewall protected login database, and disaster recovery plans that keep client contracts safely stored. In addition there are daily data back-ups, offsite secure storage of back-ups, and remote hosting at a facility capable of maintaining 24/7 support. The latest security enhancements include the addition of Secure Socket Layers which support the removal of the Automatic Login option to reduce system vulnerabilities.
Answers Systems has also added a communication feature to aid ContractPro users while in the ContractPro environment. Messaging is now supported between Answers Systems support personnel and users of the system. A second messaging feature, System Messages, automatically generates communications in response to contract status changes. This notifies users of these status changes as they occur.
The previous release of the ContractPro tool allowed users to track activity against all contracts assigned to the user accessing the system. The most current release now allows users to drill down to a specific contract.
Future versions of the ContractPro tool will further refine and optimize the user workflow by providing such features as:
* Sortable columns on all result sets
* Administrative tools to allow corporate users to add edit or delete companies, users, products and more.
* Automated processes that will allow for round-the-clock synchronization with Manufacturer Price Lists, Customer Lists and more.
