Esnatech Teams Up with Benelux Distributor CTI Solutions to Solve Doctor-Patient Access for Red Cross

Esnatech & CTI Solutions deliver a unified communications solution that enables Belgium Red Cross to provide emergency and after-hours access to doctors.

Ontario, Canada (PRWEB) September 19, 2005 -- CTI solutions, an Esnatech system integrator and distributor in Vlaardingen, Netherlands, deployed a Telephony Office-LinX unified communications solution at the Belgium office of the Red Cross; the solution provides 24-hour telephone access to doctors across the Benelux region in Western Europe. The goal of this project was to design a system that would find available doctors for patients who required one after regular hours within a specific region.

“Telephony Office-LinX provides our partners with the tools to develop custom applications for their customers with an off-the-self solution!” says Davide Petramala, VP of marketing at Esnatech. “The system enables the Red Cross to provide immediate local response to the communities they service while at the same time reduce the overhead and inefficiencies required to deliver 24/7 access!”

The system services patients in the Belgium Antwerp region. Callers simply call a centralized number, then enter their local area code to be immediately connected to a local doctor on call. If no local doctor is available in the specified area code, one is notified, or the system will automatically tell the caller the number to dial or to say the emergency number.

“The Telephony Office-LinX platform allows us to integrate our customers’ back office data and process into their telephony infrastructure,” says Ed Verstraaten, Managing Director CTI Solutions. “This delivers true value for our customers and delivers an immediate return on investment.”

The Telephony Office-LinX system has increased customer satisfaction by reducing the number of calls not being responded to or being forwarded to a resource that is unable to provide local assistance. For the Red Cross organization, the new digital system has reduced paperwork by more than fifty per cent! The Red Cross is able to service more callers with less staff, resulting in improved customer service and tremendous cost savings!

Telephony Office-LinX is an enterprise class unified communication solution that enables organizations to communicate with their customers, suppliers and staff with greater efficiency and enhanced productivity. Applications include speech access to staff, unified messaging, tele-worker with disaster recovery and continuance, Find Me, Follow Me Mobility, IVR, & integrated document access with fax services.
