acquisition of Crystal LOGIX, a leading provider of customized Enterprise
Reporting and Analysis training, consulting, and support services, based in
Dallas, TX. The acquisition strengthens JGI's position as a leading provider and
specialist in web reporting for large to mid-size companies, and further
emphasizes the company's foundation as an experienced leader in Human Capital
Management services. Extending this knowledge and experience-base, JGI
additionally announced the hiring of George DiGrandi. Mr. DiGrandi comes to JGI
from Premier Consulting Group where he served as its Founder and Managing
Director. Mr. DiGrandi brings with him an extensive knowledge of enterprise
applications and consulting services particularly within the Microsoft and
PeopleSoft application base.
With the acquisition of Crystal LOGIX, JGI will be bringing Pete Jecker on board.
