According to Schiff, the 95-page manuel, "Protecting the Athlete's Knee," includes a self-testing procedure,that allows a coach and an athlete to assess the risk levels of certain play action. The book also offers techniques that lower the likelihood that an ACL injury will occur in most demand sports, like Soccer, Rugby, Lacrosse, Basketball, Skiing, Gymnastics, Wreswtlying, Football and Hockey (ice and field).
